Program Timeline & Support
We don’t leave anything to chance—here’s how we guide you from day one:

• Week 1: Personalized Matching & Interview Scheduling
  You’ll be matched with 1–2 employers within our partner network and invited to interview within your first 7 days.
  (You’re guaranteed at least 3 interviews during the program.)

• Week 2: Onboarding & Internship Prep
  Once matched, you’ll meet with your employer, set project goals, and receive onboarding support from our team to ensure a smooth start.

• Weeks 3–8: Core Internship Work + Weekly Coaching

• Week 6: Midpoint Review
  Receive structured feedback from your employer and career coach to adjust goals and improve performance.

• Weeks 9–10: Advanced Responsibilities + Final Review
  Take on more ownership in your role and complete a final performance review, often leading to a full-time or extended offer.
